Shipping Information
It is important for you to know that during the transit of your purchase there may be delays in the orders being sent, so we ask for your understanding.
NATIONAL SHIPPING - ESTAFETA EXPRESS
ESTAFETA Express service, estimated arrival time 2-5 business days.
Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and for the tracking number/confirmation of order shipment to be received. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided to us when shipping information is requested at the point of checkout. If the shipping address provided is not correct, we are not obligated to refund. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. All unclaimed/undeliverable parcels returned to us will be shipped back at the customer's expense. Mar de amore is not responsible if your package is stolen or lost. Every order is delivered with a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges policy
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES. BELOW ARE THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS THAT YOU NEED TO MEET FOR THE EXCHANGE TO APPLY.
In order for an exchange to be effective, the product must not show signs of having been previously used, such as signs of dirt or missing labels. The maximum time to request a product exchange is 7 calendar days after receiving your order. Mar de Amore reserves the right to refuse to make the exchange if it is proven that the product has been used or altered in any way.
RETURNS
We do not make returns, only exchanges.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Both the shipping costs and the choice of the company that will be in charge of collecting the package are covered solely and exclusively by the customer. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a safe and traceable method to send your package.
MAR DE AMORE is not responsible for lost packages, so MAR DE AMORE is not obliged to make the exchange or return in case such a situation occurs.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
In the case of manufacturing defects, before making the return send us an email to info.mardeamore@gmail.com with a description and photograph of the evidence of the defect.
You have 5 days from receiving your order to validate your exchange or return process, any package received that exceeds the established days will be returned to the customer.
The product must be returned with the same packaging and packaging with which it was received.
Exchanges can only be made for the same product, this includes a different size and color, or a different product of the same price as the original order. If you choose a lower priced product, an electronic coupon will be generated with a validity of 6 months from the day it was generated.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
The exchange and return policy does not apply to discounted products. Discounted products cannot be applied for exchanges or refunds with an electronic coupon.
